Managing Voice Mailboxes and Fax Boxes
Voice Mailbox
Switching Automatic Cleanup for a Voice Mailbox On/Off
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Voice mail/fax boxes > Settings.
2. Enter a value in the All voice mailboxes entry field under Maximum recording time.

Switching Automatic Cleanup for a Voice Mailbox On/Off
A voice mailbox can store up to 100 voice messages. If automatic cleanup for a voice mailbox
has been enabled and the maximum number of stored voice messages on the voice mailbox is
achieved, the oldest voice messages marked as read are deleted when new messages are
recorded.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Separately for voice mailboxes
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– For voice messages sent as e-mail: enabled option Mark as read the messages sent
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Voice mail/fax boxes > Boxes.
2. Click in the line of the corresponding voice mailbox.
30 to 998: The maximum recording time for all voice mailboxes is 30 to 998
minutes.
999: The recording time is unlimited (maximum storage utilization).
