Managing Voice Mailboxes and Fax Boxes
Voice Mailbox
Recording, Saving, Listening to and Deleting an Announcement for Voice Mailboxes
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Voice mail/fax boxes > Announcements.
2. In the Announcement list field, select one of the following options:
3. Click under Read from PBX.
A dialog for playing back the file opens.
4. Play the file back.
Listening to an Announcement for Voice Mailboxes via an Internal Telephone
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– At least one existing announcement for the voice mailboxes
– Authorization Controlling of the PBX via telephone assigned to the subscriber
– Knowledge of the sub-admin or admin PIN
1. Pick up the receiver.
2. Dial ##8.
3. Enter the sub-admin or admin PIN.
4. Dial one of the following character strings:
You hear the desired announcement.
1, Duration x Sec. to 10, Duration x Sec.: Plays announcements 1 to 10 back.
*5761#: Plays announcement number one back.
*5762#: Plays announcement number two back.
*5763#: Plays announcement number three back.
*5764#: Plays announcement number four back.
*5765#: Plays announcement number five back.
*5766#: Plays announcement number six back.
*5767#: Plays announcement number seven back.
*5768#: Plays announcement number eight back.
*5769#: Plays announcement number nine back.
*5760#: Plays announcement number ten back.
