Voice Mailbox
Switching a Voice Mailbox On/Off
Note:
The telephone number of the call distribution group is found on the page
CONFIGURATION > Call distribution.
A subscriber is a member of a call distribution group if he is assigned to the
call distribution group in the column of the corresponding group telephone
number ( or ) on the page CONFIGURATION > Call distribution.
4. Dial one of the following character strings:
Note: You can also enable or disable the voice mailbox using voice
commands. To configure this, call the voice mailbox internally.
Switching the Voice Mailbox On via an External Telephone
Requirements:
An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
DTMF dialling support on the external telephone
Imported language file (*.fs)
Knowledge of the PIN for accessing the corresponding voice mailbox remotely
Disabled voice mailbox
1. Call the voice mailbox and keep ringing for approximately one minute.
The voice mailbox takes the call. You will be prompted to enter the 6-digit PIN for
remote access and then the pound sign.
2. Enter the PIN for remote query and dial #.
You are in the menu for remote access.
3. Dial *11.
The voice mailbox is enabled.
Further steps:
If required, execute remote access.

##21#: Disables the voice mailbox via all configurations.
