Voice Mailbox
Switching a Voice Mailbox On/Off
3. In the Voice mailbox list field, select the voice mailbox you want in column of the
corresponding telephone number.
Note: Click next to the Voice mailbox list field to go to the page for
creating voice mailboxes.
4. Only when on no reply or on no reply + on busy under Voice mail function has
been selected: Open the page CONFIGURATION > Call distribution > Settings and
enter a value in the Delay time for voice mailboxes entry field. The following entries
are possible:
Note: The Delay time for voice mailboxes setting applies to all of the voice
mailboxes.
Further steps:
The default announcement is played back according to the factory settings. If there is already
other announcements for your voice mailboxes, select the desired announcement from the
Announcement list field.
Select or clear the Recording check box.
Save your settings before you leave the page.
Switching the Voice Mailbox On/Off via an Internal Telephone
Requirements:
An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
Authorization Controlling of the PBX via telephone assigned to the subscriber
Subscriber is a member of the call distribution group
1. Pick up the receiver of the telephone in question.
2. Dial ##97.
3. Enter the telephone number of the call distribution group. The following entries are
possible:
1 to 60: The voice mailbox accepts an incoming call on no reply after 1 to 60
seconds.
** and internal telephone number of the call distribution group (If you do
not use a direct exchange line access, omit the **.)
