Switching Authorization for Deleting Single Call Records On/Off
Requirements:
– Authorization Delete list of single call records assigned to the subscriber
– User PIN configured for the subscriber
– Knowledge of the user PIN
1. Pick up the receiver.
2. Dial ##8.
3. Enter the user PIN.
4. Dial *51#.
The telephone number of the communication partner from the last call made is
deleted.
Switching Authorization for Deleting Single Call Records On/Off
If authorization for deleting single call records is enabled, the subscriber in question can delete
the telephone number of the communication partner from the last call made to ensure that this
number is not viewed by unauthorized persons.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Expert view (click )
1. Open the page PROPERTIES > Internal subscribers > Subscriber properties >
Authorizations.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Select or clear the Delete list of single call records check box.
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.
Enables authorization for deleting the list of single call records.
Disables authorization for deleting the list of single call records.
