Call Data
Deleting the List of Single Call Records
Note: The transfer of charge information is not supported on analog connec-
tions.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– External S

port (only COMpact 3000 ISDN or COMpact ISDN module available as an
option)
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Expert view (click )
– Configured prefixes (country prefix and local area code)
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > External numbers.
2. In the list field at the top, select the ISDN connection in question.
A page opens for configuring the ISDN connection.
3. Open the page ISDN connection > Name and functions.
4. Select or clear the Charge information check box.
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.
Deleting the List of Single Call Records
This function allows, e.g., a committee member to delete the telephone numbers of his commu-
nication partners in the call data completely in order to ensure that these numbers are not
viewed by unauthorized persons. The part of the data required for billing the call remains intact.
Deleting can be carried out as follows:
• Using a character string on the internal telephone
Enables the recording of transmitted charge information.
Disables the recording of transmitted charge information.
