Call Data
Switching Partial Telephone Number Privacy for Private Calls On/Off
• Successful: Incoming calls
– Only with charges: Only incoming calls that accrue charges (e.g., collect calls)
• Unsuccessful: Incoming calls that do not result in a connected call.
• Charges independent from calls: Incoming calls with additional charges (e.g., the transfer
charge for collect calls)
• Record Wake-up calls in the call database: Wake-up calls to internal subscribers (see
FUNCTIONS > Wake-up times)
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Expert view (click )
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Call data > Memory use.
2. Select or clear the check box for the type of call (Recording outgoing calls,
Recording incoming calls, Recording wake-up calls).
3. If necessary, select or clear the corresponding check box for the sub-selection:

Switching Partial Telephone Number Privacy for Private Calls On/Off
Due to reasons of privacy protection, the transparency of external telephone numbers during
outgoing private calls can be dispensed with. When this is done, the last three digits of the
telephone number dialled is displayed as asterisks (*). The remaining data from each call will
continue to be recorded.
Enables recording.
Disables recording. (No other action is required.)
Enables recording.
Disables recording.
