Switching Automatic Memory Overwriting On/Off
Switching Automatic Memory Overwriting On/Off
If the automatic overwriting of the memory is enabled, new calls are recorded in a full call data
memory by overwriting the oldest data.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Expert view (click )
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Call data > Memory use.
2. Select or clear the Overwrite the memory automatically check box under Memory
full.
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.
Switching the Special Dial Tone On/Off when Call Data Memory Full
If the special dial tone is enabled, the PBX on the subscriber in question generates a special
dial tone to signal a full call data memory.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Expert view (click )
1. Open the page PROPERTIES > Internal subscribers > Subscriber properties >
Signalization by tones.
Enables the automatic overwriting of the memory.
Disables the automatic overwriting of the memory.
