Managing the Telephone Book and Lists
Call Data
Columns on the Call Data List
Connection No.
This column shows your own telephone number:
• For an outgoing call, the analog telephone number, the MSN, the PBX base number+DDI
or the additional telephone numbers from the point-to-point connection are displayed over
which the call is transmitted to the central office. For a call that is made via Voice over IP,
the VoIP phone number is displayed.
• For an incoming call, the telephone number dialled by the caller is displayed.
Duration
This column shows how long the recorded call or the call lasted (format HH:MM:SS).
Charges
Note: If a Currency name has been entered in the PBX on the page
FUNCTIONS > Time and call allowance accounts > Settings or
FUNCTIONS > Time accounts > Settings, this name replaces the column
heading.
This column shows the accrued amount for the call that was made: Data from the network
provider (units are converted into charges using the Cost per call unit entered on the page
FUNCTIONS > Time and call allowance accounts > Settings or FUNCTIONS > Time and
call allowance accounts > Settings or FUNCTIONS > Time accounts > Settings).

If the call is initiated with a PIN, the internal number associated with the PIN is
displayed.
