Managing the Telephone Book and Lists
Call Data
Columns on the Call Data List
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
• Open the page USER DATA > Call data list.
The call data is displayed in a table.
Note:
Click the column headings to change the sorting criteria. Click the column
headings again to change the sort order.
Use the browser menu bar to print out the call data list.
Navigation in the Call Data List
The call data list can contain a large amount of data. To the view the data you want quickly,
there are several tools available in the formatting bar:
Symbols
Rows per page
This list field can be used to define how many data sets should be displayed per page.
Page: ... of
From this list field, it is possible to switch directly to selected page.
Columns on the Call Data List
On the page FUNCTIONS > Call data > Display (Expert view), the columns to be displayed
can be configured. In addition, new names can be assigned to the columns there in the call data
list.
Clicking the symbol switches the display to the beginning of the data.
Clicking the symbol switches the display to the previous page.
Clicking the symbol switches the display to the following page.
Clicking the symbol switches the display to the end of the data.
