Performance Measures Results
1. Inventory and list the publications on hand or on order. P F
2. Determine publications required which are not on hand or on order. P F

Also, ensure there are enough manuals so that maintenance personnel do not
need to leave their work site to use a manual.
P F
c. Ensure maintenance managers have army regulations, DA pamphlets, field
manuals, and supply catalogs to ensure their unit is operating per Army doctrine
and federal law.
P F
3. Refer to DA Pam 25-30 for military publication information. P F

commander's signature.
P F
6. Label and index incoming publications. P F

P F
10. Notify personnel to return each loaned publication. P F
11. Inspect the publication status on a periodic basis. P F
12. Turn in manuals and materials for equipment no longer on hand. P F
Evaluation Guidance: Score the soldier a GO if all steps are passed (P). Score the soldier a NO-GO if
any step is failed (F). If the soldier fails any step, show what was done wrong and how to do it correctly.
Have the soldier practice until he can correctly perform the task.
