Caution
Extreme caution shouM be exercised when you play
back CDs encoded in DTS. If you play back a CD
encoded in DTS on a DTSqncompatible CD player,
you will only hear some unwanted noise that may
damage your speakers. Check whether your CD player
supports CDs encoded in DTS. Also, check the sound
output level of your CD player before you play back a
CD encoded in DTS.
1 Turn on the video monitor connected to this
unit,
2 Press@SPEAKERS repeatedly to select the
front speakers you want to use,
The respective speaker indicators lights up in the
t?ont panel display.
3 Press @INPUT <_/_> repeatedly (or press
one of the input selector buttons (@)) to
select the desired input source,
The name of the cunel]tl_ selected input source
appears in the front panel display t_r a Ii:w seconds.

Start playback on the selected component or
select a broadcast station.

5 Rotate @VOLUME (or press
_VOLUME +/-) to adjust the volume to the
desired output level.
6 Press @PROGRAM <_/_> repeatedly (or
press @AMP and then @ PROG <_ / _>
repeatedly) to select the desired sound field
program.
The name of the selected sonnd fieM progranl appears
in the lront panel display.
