SKYBOX SYSTEM DOES NOT
WORK IN MOTION:
• Ensure that all cable connections are
installed properly.
• Conrm clear line of sight to the satellite.
• Check for green indicator above
appropriate satellite on the IDU.
• Verify that the receiver is locked on the
satellite from the Setup Menu of the re-
ceiver.
CERTAIN CHANNELS DO NOT
WORK OR ONLY PREVIEW
CHANNELS ARE VISIBLE:
• Verify channel package with satellite TV
provider.
• Check the availability of local channels in
the subscriber’s area.
• Ensure proper activation of satellite re-
ceiver.
REMOTE CONTROL DOES NOT
WORK:
• Ensure proper placement of IR transmitter.
• Install new batteries.
