WARNING:

TINUING.
6. With the key in the ‘start’ (do not turn
engine over) carefully pierce the thickest
wire with the red probe, making sure that
you do not go through the wire into the next.
Observe the DMM screen. If it reads ’12.00’
turn the key to the ‘run’ position. If it con-
tinues to read 12 volts while cranking, turn
the key to ‘off’and remove the key. If at this
time the screen reads ‘0.00’, then you have
located ‘true ignition.’
7. Remove the fuse from the red wire on the
power cord. Connect the red fused wire from
the power cord to the wire that you found in
the previous step. Making sure that the power
switch on the receiver is in the ‘off ’position,
re-insert the fuse.
8. You may now re-install the plug into the
back of the receiver.

Do NOT connect the system di-
rectly to the vehicle’s battery.

Fuse the positive lead to protect
the wiring and the vehicle at the
source (12V Accessory)
