Set Announce Only
.Press the~ key 5 times until
you hear: "SET ANNOUNCE
ONLYH
Set Outg~essage 1
.Press ~ until you hear "Set
Outgoing Message".
.Press ~. The voice prompt
will say "Now Recording", followed
by a tone.
Now press ~ .The voice
.Begin speaking after the tone,
towards the front edge of the Base
Unit. The Base Unit display be-
comes a timer as you record your
outgoing message.
Choose OFF if you want your DT
941 CI to record your callers'
messages (Nbrmal Answering
Mode).
.Your outgoing message must be
longer than 2 seconds.
Choose ON if you only want your
callers to hear your greeting with-
out allowing them to leave you a
message (Announce-Only Mode).

ON), press (TIME/SET) to confirm
your selection. The voice prompt
will say: "ANNOUNCE ONLY IS
OFF (or ON)".
