Remote Control Operation
Battery Replacement
When the batteries become weak, the
operating distance of the remote control
is greatly reduced and you will need to
replace them.
Caution: Danger of explosion if batteries
are incorrectly replaced. Replace only
with the same or equivalent type.
To Install Batteries:
1. Open the battery
door.
2. Insert two AAA
batteries.
Make sure that
the proper
polarity (+ or -) is
observed.
3. Close the door.
Using the Remote Control
• Point the remote control at the Infrared
Remote Sensor located on the player
or the REMOTE SENSOR located on the
External Remote IR Receiver.
• When there is a strong ambient light
source, the perform ance of the infrared
REMOTE SENSOR may be degraded,
causing unreliable operation.
Notes
• If you are not using the remote control
for a long period of time, remove the
batteries.
• Do not mix dierent types of batteries
or new and old batteries.
• Do not use rechargeable batteries.
