7.2 Changing the batteries
In order to exchange the batteries of your Audionet Metal Remote Con-
trol RC 1, first you have to remove the 6 Phillips head screws on the bot-
tom side.
The battery compartment is to the left side of the circuit board. You need
2 batteries type 'AAA' or 'Micro' with a voltage of 1.5V.
Important
· While inserting the batteries please mind their orientation. The cor-
rect orientation is printed onto the bottom of the battery compart-
ment.
7.3 Settings for Audionet preamplifier
The Audionet Metal Remote Control RC 1 not only able to control the
ART G3. It has additional 6 keys to control an Audionet preamplifier.
The previous section 'Key Assignment RC 1' explains the function of
these keys.
Depending on their type, Audionet preamplifiers use different system
addresses for their remote control code. A DIP switch on the circuit board
of the Audionet Metal Remote Control RC 1 selects the desired system
address.
