Recording/Controlling/Deleting outgoing messages
Select outgoing message 1 or 2  Page 34.
Recording an outgoing message
An outgoing message can be up to 2 minutes long.
3 sec. w Activate the recording function
ð , s Speak your message and confirm it

w Play the current outgoing message
Deleting your own outgoing message, reverting to pre−recorded
message
After deleting your own outgoing message, the pre−recorded
message is automatically reactivated.
w Play the current outgoing message
 Delete the message while playing
Recording a memo
A memo is a message left for other machine users and can be
played in the same way as an incoming message.
Recording a memo
A memo cannot be longer than 2 minutes long.
3 sec. v Activate the recording function
ð , s Speak your memo and confirm it
Playing/Deleting recorded messages and memos
Playing messages/memos
The recorded messages are played back in the sequence they
were recorded. New messages are played first. The date and
time of recording are announced before the respective message
or memo is played back.
