On: Indicates the battery charge capacity.
Flashing: The batteries need to be charged.

On: A call is currently being made.
Flashing: A call has been received. . Page 33

Flashing: The connection to the base station is poor. Move towards the
base station. The more bars in the icon, the better the connection to the
base station.
