Selecting a base station

1. Press the Menu display button on the mobile unit.

2. Select the Registration menu with and and confirm with OK.

3. Select the Select Base menu with and and confirm with OK.

4. You can select the required base station with and . The number of the

currently active base station will be indicated by means of the # symbol. Select the

required base station to which the mobile unit is to be switched by means of and

. Alternatively switch to the Automatic setting. With this setting, the mobile unit

changes automatically to the nearest base station when the connection to the current

base station becomes too weak.

5. Confirm with OK.
