17.7 Recording, playing back or deleting the memo
A memo can be recorded on the answering machine for other machine users, e.g.
members of the family. Only one memo can be recorded at a specific time. A second
memo cannot be recorded before deleting the old one.
17.7.1 Recording the memo
A memo cannot be longer than 2 minutes.
 Press for 2 seconds

17.8 Playing back recorded messages
When a memo has been recorded, it is played back before any incoming messages.
The recorded messages are played back in the sequence they were recorded. If a
new message has been received or a memo has been recorded, the  LED on
the base station flashes.
The weekday and time of recording are announced before the respective message or
memo is played back.
Note: Older recorded messages can only be played back after all the new ones
have been played back.

 Play the message
 Press while the message is being played back
17.9.2 Deleting all messages and the memo
All the old messages and the memo are deleted from the memory. The new
messages are retained. If the memo has not yet been played back, it is not deleted.
 Press for 2 seconds
