Press the MENU display button, choose ADVANCED by means of the navigation
keys and confirm with OK.
Select PREFIX with the navigation keys and confirm with OK.
Enter the PIN code (factory setting 0 0 0 0) and confirm with OK.
Now select the required display line using the navigation keys.
: On/Off The function can be switched on or off in the first line of the display.
: 0xxxx In the second line of the display, enter the numbers, which are to
be placed in front of the phone number.
: 0221 In the third line of the display, enter the dialling code or phone
number that these numbers are to be placed in front of.
Confirm with OK.
Press the
button to return to the main display immediately or choose other
items from the menu.
The PIN code will be required for programming (factory setting 0 0 0 0). Three phone
numbers (dialling code 1, 2 and 3), each with 5 digits, can be stored and assigned. The
prefixed numbers will not be shown in the display. The phone numbers in the phone
books and the caller list are also monitored. After the call button
was pressed, a
monitoring is no longer possible.
9.6 Outside line code when using on private exchanges
With private exchanges, it is sometimes necessary to dial a certain number (e.g. "9" or
"0") in order to obtain a dialling tone for an outside line on the extension. This outside
line code can be inserted automatically every time a number is dialled. The PIN code
will be required for programming (factory setting 0 0 0 0).
Press the MENU display button, choose ADVANCED by means of the navigation
keys and confirm with OK.
Select PABX with the navigation keys and confirm with OK.
Enter the PIN code (factory setting 0 0 0 0) and confirm with OK.
Now select the required display line using the navigation keys.
: On/Off The function can be switched on or off in the first line of the display.
: 0 Enter the outside line code with a maximum of 3 digits in the
second line of the display.
Confirm with OK.
Press the
button to return to the main display immediately or choose other
items from the menu.
Note: A pause will also be inserted between the outside line code and the actual phone
number. See Chapter 9.4.
