9.2.3 Restoring the default settings

This function resets the handset and base s tation settings to their status

on leaving the factory.

Default settings:

Ringing melody, handset: 1 Ringing volume, handset: 3

Ringing melody, base station: 1 Ringing volume, base station: 3

Receiver volume: Middle Flash time: 1 (100 ms)

Dialling method: Tone

Note: The phone book, caller list and redialling list are not deleted in

the event of a reset.

1. Press the Menu button

2. Press the

I button for 2 seconds.

Note: Press the

C buttontostoptheReset

process.

3. Confirm by pressing the

F button.

4. The default settings are restored after a

short time. The display then indicates the

equipment is ready to operate.
