10.8 Recording, playing back or deleting the memo
A memo can be recorded on the answering machine for other machine users, e.g.
members of the family. Only one memo can be recorded at a specific time. A second
memo cannot be recorded before deleting the old one.
10.8.1 Recording the memo
The length of a memo must not exceed 2 minutes.
1. Press the
U button for 2 seconds.
Note: Follow the vocal instructions.
2. Speak after the acoustic signal.
3. When you have finished your message, press the
P button.
Note: The memo is automatically played back when recording is finished. If you
are not satisfied with the recording, delete it and repeat steps 1-3.
10.8.2 Playing back the memo
1. Press the
U button.
2. The memo is played back in full.
Note: Press the
P button to s top playback. An announcement message points
out that no memo has been recorded, if necessary.
10.8.3 Deleting the memo
1. Press the
U button.
2. Press the
N button when the memo is being played back.
10.9 Playing back recorded messages
When a memo has been recorded, it is played back before any incoming messages.
The recorded messages are played back in the sequence they were recorded. The
weekday and time are of recording are announced before the respective message is
played back.
Note: Older recorded messages can only be played back after all the new ones
have been played back.
1. Press the
P button.
Note: The number of new and old messages appears in the display. The oldest
new message is played back first.
2. During playback, press the
Q button to skip to the next message or the
O button to repeat the current message.
3. Press the
P button to stop playback of the message.
