10 Telephone Answering Machine

The answering machine can digitally record up to 60 incoming messages. In addition,

a memo can be recorded for other answering machine users. When the answering

machine memory is full, no further messages can be recorded. In this case, the

answering machine automatic ally reverts to a standard outgoing message explaining

to the caller that no message can be left. The preset outgoing message, after which a

message can be left, can be replaced by one of your own. If no other outgoing

message is recorded, the standard outgoing message is played automatically.

Settings made on the answering machine are played back vocally.

Note: You c an take a call at any time, even when the answering machine has

already taken the call, by pressing the Call button

10.1 Setting the language

All the automatic, pre-recorded outgoing messages are available in German and

English. The language required must be selected via the handset.

1. Press the Menu button

2. Press the

B and E buttons to select the SETTINGS

menu.

3. Confirm by pressing the

F button.

4. Press the

B and E buttons to select the TAM LANG

menu.

5. Confirm by pressing the

F button.

6. Press the

B and E buttons to select the required

language.

7. Confirm by pressing the

F button.

8. Press the

C button to exit from the menu.
