6.2 Modifying entries in the phone book

1. Press the menu button

2. Press the

B and E buttons to select the PHONE BK

menu.

3. Confirm by pressing the

F button.

4. Press the

B and E buttons to select the EDIT menu.

5. Confirm by pressing the

F button. The callers

stored in the telephone book are displayed in

alphabetical order.

6. Use the

B and E buttons to select the caller to be

modified.

Note: To select a phone book entry directly, alphabetically,

enter the corresponding letters.

7. Confirm the selection by pressing the

F button. The

selected name appears in the display.

8. Modify the name using the digit keys.

Note: For information on entering names, refer to Chapter 6.1.2.

9. After completing the required changes, confirm them by pressing the

button again.

10. Modify the phone number using the digit keys. Press the

I button to

delete the individual digits in the phone number.

11. After completing the required changes, confirm them by pressing the

button again.

12. To edit more entries, repeat steps 5 to 12.

13. Press the

C button to exit from the menu.
