5.3 Deleting stored numbers from the phone book

Note: The two phone books in each mobile part are completely separately.

1. Press the menu button . The display shows the message PHONE BK.

2. Press the button. The display will show ADD.

3. Now press the button twice. The display will show DELETE.

4. Confirm with the button.

5. Now choose the number that you want to delete using the and buttons.

6. After you have found the required number, confirm with the button and the

display will show the stored number.

7. Confirm again with the button and the display will show DELETE?.

8. Confirm again with the button and the phone book entry will be deleted. The

delete procedure is cancelled by holding the button pressed.

9. When you have deleted the number, the message DELETE will appear in the display.

If you want to delete more numbers, proceed as under Item 4. Exit the delete mode

by holding the button pressed.

5.4 Deleting the entire phone book

Note: The two phone books in each mobile part are completely separately.

1. Press the menu button . The display shows the message PHONE BK.

2. Press the button. The display will show ADD.

3. Now press the button. The display will show DEL ALL.

4. Confirm with the button and the display will show DEL ALL?.

5. Confirm again with the button and the phone book will be deleted. The delete

procedure is cancelled by holding the button pressed.

6. Exit the delete mode by holding the button pressed.
