Programming steps Indication in the display
1. Press the button. If
messages have already been
recorded these will be played
back first. Playback will be
interrupted as soon as further
entries are made.
The display shows the number of
messages recorded on the right as
well as the current day of the week as
a number and the current time of day.
2. Press the buttons (e) and (f) one after the other.
3. Start dictating your message after the signal tone. While recording,
keep at a distance of ca. 15 cm from the handset so that you can speak
easily into the microphone on the upper side.
4. After you have finished your greeting press the (i) button. Your
greeting will now be repeated automatically.
5. Exit the answering machine with the button.
8.3 Listening to messages
If the message LED and the
symbol flashes in the display, messages have
been recorded in your absence that have not yet been listened to.
LISTENING TO MESSAGES
Press the
button. The inbuilt voice will now inform you straight away how
many new messages have been recorded and the new messages will be played
back immediately.
If no new messages have been recorded, the voice will tell you how many
messages in total are stored on the answering machine.
With each message you will hear the day of the week and the time of day at which
the message was recorded. This information will also be shown in the display.
