6.2 Storing telephone numbers from the Caller List in the
phone book
A phone number stored in the caller list can be saved directly to the phone book.
1. Press the button and the last phone number received will be shown in the
display.
2. Now select the telephone number from the caller list that you want to put into the
phone book by using the and buttons.
3. Press the button. The display shows the message Add Entry. If the phone
number is already stored in the phone book, this menu item will not appear again.
4. Confirm again with the button. The display shows the message Name.
5. Now enter the associated name (max. 8 letters) using the number pad.
6. Confirm again with the button and the telephone number will be stored in the
phone book and you will be returned to the caller list.
7. Exit the entry mode by holding the
/
button pressed.
Note: When the telephone number has been stored with a name in the phone book, the
number will no longer appear in the caller list.
6.3 Deleting individual telephone numbers from the caller list
1. Press the button and the last phone number received will be shown in the
display.
2. Now select the telephone number from the caller list that you want to delete by using
the and buttons.
3. Press the button. If the phone number is already stored in the phone book, the
message Delete? will appear directly. In this case, skip Item 4 and go directly to
Item 5.
4. Now select the Delete? function with the button.
5. Confirm again with the button and the telephone number will be deleted from
the caller list.
