MEMO
The answering machine can be used as a notebook for you or members of your
family. You can leave messages or record a message to listen to again later. The
maximum length of a memo is 5 minutes.
RECORDING A MEMO



Press the button until a long signal tone is heard.



After releasing the button, dictate your text.


 The recording is stopped using the
button. The display now shows an
additional message and the memo can be played back using the
button.
Memos can also be listened to using the remote access facility.
PLAY BACK RECORDED MESSAGES FROM THE HANDSET
You can also play back recorded messages using the handset.
Press the
button and then to control the answering machine from the
handset.
The following list shows all the possible functions:
Button Function
3 Play back new messages and memos.
7 Record a memo. Speak after the signal tone and press button 4 to stop
recording.
During playback
1 Repeat current message
2 Skip message
4 Stop – end playback of messages
8 Delete message currently playing
You can stop listening by pressing the
button on the handset.
