PLAY BACK RECORDED MESSAGES FROM THE BASE STATION
The display shows the number of messages recorded as soon as there are any new
messages, memos or recordings of telephone calls on the answering machine. Make
sure that the answering machine is switched on.
Press the
button to play back the most recent message. The volume can be
adjusted with the arrow buttons
and
.
Before each message, the answering machine tells you when the message was
recorded and whether it is a new message. All messages are then played back one
after the other. After the last message, the playback is stopped and all messages
remain in memory as long as they have not already been deleted during playback.
The following functions can be carried out during playback:
Pause playback
Press
. Press this button again to continue playing back the messages
End playback
Press the
button.
Repeat message
Press the
button.
Skip message
Press the
button.
Repeat previous message(s)
Press the
button repeatedly.
Delete messages
Delete a single message: Press the
button while the message is running.
Delete all messages: Press and hold the
button until you see the message EA.
Then press the
button again until you hear a signal tone.
