RECORDING GREETINGS



Press the
4 - +
button. The display shows one of two possible greetings.
oG. = Normal greeting
An = Own greeting, following which the caller is not able to leave a
message.



Select the required greeting by pressing the
4 - +
button briefly
.



Press and hold the
4 - +
button until a signal tone is heard.


 Following this signal tone, start recording your greeting. During recording, keep
at a distance of ca. 20 cm from the base station so that you can speak into the
microphone at the front of the unit easily.



Recording is stopped using the button. After a few seconds, the complete
recording is played back for checking.
If required, you can now record the alternative greeting.
Note: Remember that, in the case of a mains failure, the greetings and all recorded
messages will be lost if no battery is installed in the base station.
CHECKING GREETINGS
You can check the recorded greetings at any time.



Select the required greeting by repeatedly pressing the
4 - +
button briefly. The
following messages appear in the display:
oG. = Normal greeting
An = Own greeting, following which the caller is not able to leave a
message.



Press the button within 7 seconds and the selected greeting will be played.
