Deleting all old messages
Press the menu key.
/
Select ANSW. SYSTEM and press OK .
/
Select DELETE ALL and press OK . All old (already heard) mes-
sages will be deleted after a confirmation query.
Setting the answering machine
Press the menu key.
/
Select ANSW. SYSTEM and press OK .
/
Select SETTINGS and press OK .
/
Select from the following options and press OK :
RING DELAY Call will be answered after 2 ... 7 rings . If “TOLL SAVER“ is set , the
answering machine will answer after 3 rings if new messages are
available. If no new messages are available the call will be an-
swered after 5 rings. Therefore you can check remotely whether or
not new messages are available without having to make a connec-
tion.
REMOTE ACC. Activate or deactivate the remote access.
LANGUAGE Set the language for the standard announcements.
