Outgoing message: playback / record / delete
Press the menu key.

Select ANSW. SYSTEM and press OK .
/
Select ANNOUNCEMENT and press OK .
/
Select RECORD MSGS for the “answer and record-mode“ or
ANSWER ONLY for the “answer-only mode“ and press OK.
/
Select from the following options and press OK :
PLAY Playback the current outgoing message.
ANNOUNCEMENT Speak your personal outgoing message in the microphone and
press OK to stop recording.
DELETE Your personal outgoing message will be deleted . The standard an-
nouncements can not be deleted.
Listen new messages / deleting single messages
Press the menu key.

Select ANSW. SYSTEM and press OK .
/
Select PLAY and press OK .
The loudspeaker on the handset will be switched on and the play-
back will start. During playback you can adjust the volume using
the keys

Press the menu key during playback, select one of the following opti-
ons using the keys
/
and press
OK :
REPEAT Repeat message.
NEXT Skip forward to next message.
PREVIOUS Skip back to previous message.
DELETE Delete the current message.
