Troubleshooting Tips
B2
is
connected
to
AC
power,
but
the
power indicator on
the
rear
panel does
not
light up.
Check
to
make sure
B2
is
plugged
into
a
functioning
AC
power
outlet
and
that
the
power switch on
the
rear panel
is
in
the
on
position.
My
phone
or
other
device will
not
pair
with
82.
Verify
that
Bluetooth on your device
is
turned
on and check
that
the
B2
Pair
button
on
the
rear panel
is
blinking (in Pair mode). Also
make sure
your
device
is
as
close
to
B2
as
possible.
B2
Pair light
is
solid,
but
I cannot connect
my
device.
Make sure
no
other
devices are connected.
If
so,
either disconnect
or
turn
off
Bluetooth
on
the
other
device
or
press and hold
the
B2
Pair
button
until
it
flashes, then connect.
Unpair and
re
-pair your device
to
the
B2
.
Cycle power
by
turning
the
B2
power switch
off
and back on again.
B2
pair light
is
solid and my device
is
connected
but
no
audio
output
.
Check
the
volume level on device.
Try unpairing and re-pairing your device
to
the
B2
.
Turn
the
B2
power
off
and back on again.
The volume
output
level from
B2
seems low.
Check
the
volume levels on your device and music app.
Also check
the
volume level on
the
rear panel
of
your
B2.
