Basic Troubleshooting
If
the
LED
indicator on the power supply
is
not
illuminated:
-Check
to
see
that
the power cord
is
securely connected
to
the
power supply and
to
an
AC
power outlet.
-Check
that
the
AC
power outlet
is
supplying power.
If
the speakers
do
not
produce sound:
-Check
that
the cable from the power supply
is
connected
to
the rear panel, and
that
the
LED
indicator on the power supply
is
illuminated.
-Check
that
the volume/power knob on the rear panel
is
not
set
to
minimum
volume or powered
off
(we recommend at least a
1 0 o'clock position).
-Check
that
the volume level
of
your audio source in
not
set
to
minimum
or powered off.
-Check
that
the wire from your audio source
to
your speakers
is
properly connected (occasionally the 1 /8" cable feels
as
if
it
is
inserted all the way,
but
is
not).
If
the speakers produce sound from the left speaker
but
not
the
right:
-Check
that
the speaker wires are correctly connected between
the left and right speaker connectors.
- Check
that
the cable from your audio source
to
the speakers
is
