15. TDM configuration
TDM Bus settings is used to configure the signal encoding used between the Mediant Gateway
and the PBX.
1 Select the Configuration tab and navigate to VOIP > TDM > TDM Bus Settings.
2 If your physical channel is T1 set PCM Law Select to MuLaw. For E1 set ALaw. Note
that there are very rare exceptions but this setting must match the configuration you
create on the PBX side.
3 Set TDM Bus Clock Source to Network

4 Click Submit.
