16.1 Mediant 1000
The table below lists the main technical specifications of the Mediant 1000.

Six module slots supporting a mixed configuration of the following
interfaces:
 Up to 24 FXS/FXO analog ports (up to 6 analog modules)
 Up to 4 E1/T1/J1 digital trunks (fully flexible, up to 4 modules)
 Up to 20 BRI lines (up to 5 BRI modules)
Note: Channel capacity depends on configuration settings.
