4.6 Activating Do Not Disturb
The Do Not Disturb feature allows you to prevent the phone from ringing and receiving incoming
calls. When Do Not Disturb is activated and someone calls your phone, the caller hears a busy
tone.
¾ To activate Do Not Disturb:
Press the DND key; the “Do Not Disturb” message is displayed on the screen:
¾ To deactivate Do Not Disturb:
Press the DND key; the “Do Not Disturb” message no longer appears on the screen.
4.7 Defining Date and Time
You can set the date and time. By default, the phone retrieves the date and time from a Network
Time Protocol (NTP) server over the Internet. Therefore, before setting the date and time, check
with your system administrator.
¾ To manually define the date and time:
1. From the idle screen, press the MENU key, select the Phone Settings menu, and then
select the Date and Time submenu.

3. Edit the date in the format YYYYMMDD. Use the
and Navigation keys to move
between year, month and day. Use the
and Navigation keys to change their values.
