Parameter Description
Server IP Address or Host Name
[system/syslog/server_address]
The IP address (in dotted-decimal notation) of the
computer you are using to run the Syslog server
(e.g. Wireshark). The Syslog server is an application
designed to collect the logs and error messages
generated by the phone. The default IP address is
0.0.0.0.
Note: This parameter is applicable when Activate is
set to “Network” or “Both”.
Server Port
[system/syslog/server_port]
Defines the UDP port of the Syslog server.
The valid range is 0 to 65,535. The default port is
514.
Note: This parameter is applicable when Activate is
set to “Network” or “Both”.
Note: The following Severity level options are applicable for the fields below:
• None
• Emergency
• Error
• Waiting
• Notice
• Info
• Debug
