You can view the phone’s model number and firmware version on the phone.
38.2.1 310HD IP Phone
The procedures below describe how to view the 310HD IP Phone’s model number and
firmware version on the phone.
 To view the phone’s firmware version:
1. From the idle screen, press the MENU key, select the Status menu, and then the
Firmware Version submenu.
The following screen appears:
2. Press the ENTER key; the phone’s model and firmware version is displayed.
