Parameter Description
CA Certification
[provisioning/certificate/ca_uri]
The URI for retrieving the Certificate Authority (CA)
key. The CA must be included in a separate file that
can be downloaded to the phone during
provisioning.
For example:
provisioning/certificate/ca_uri=ca_cert.cer
Notes:
 The certificate file is downloaded only after boot
up, and not periodically.
 If the certificate file is new, the phone reboots.
