Parameter Name Description
provisioning/speed_dial_uri The URI for retrieving the speed dial list. The speed dial
list must be included in a separate file that can be
downloaded to the phone during provisioning.
For example:
provisioning/speed_dial_uri=speed_dial_list.txt
Notes:
 The speed dial file is downloaded after boot up and
periodically.
 If the speed dial file is new, the phone reboots.
 For creating a Speed Dial file, see Section 26.3.
