¾ To activate call forwarding:
1. When the phone is in on-hook state, press the FORWARD function key; a dial tone is
played.
2. Dial the number to where you want to forward the incoming call; the phone’s display screen
displays a message indicating that the call has been successful forwarded.
3. To deactivate call forward, press again on the FORWARD key.
3.3.6 Date and Time
The phone’s LCD screen allows you to manually define the date and time. By default, the phone
retrieves the date and time from a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server over the Internet.
Therefore, before you can set the date and time manually, you need to disable NTP in the Web
interface (refer to Section 4.7.1 on pag
e 56).
¾ To manually define the date and time:
1. Access the Date and Time submenu (MENU key > Phone Settings menu > Date and
Time).
2. Edit the following options (using the Navigation keys):
• Date: enter the date in the following format: MMDDYYYY
• Time: enter the time in the following format: HHMMSS

Note: You need a login password when you initially access the submenus of the
Administration menu. When you are prompted for the password, you can enter
the default password “1234”, and then press the ENTER key. To change the
login password, use the phone’s Web interface (refer to Section 4.9.1 on page
62).
