TERMINALS 5 The box can be wired in 1) a stereo configuration (each sub wired to a different channel) or 2) a mono configuration (both subs wired together to a single channel of an amp, or two bridged channels of an amp). Looking at the back of the box you will see each side’s terminals. The left terminal is negative (-) and the right side is positive (+) for each set. For LED (Light) Your bandpass box also comes with another terminal that looks like the one pictured above.
MOUNTING 6 After determining the best mounting position, check carefully in the areas where you have positioned the enclosure. Make sure that you position the enclosure in an area where you will be able to mount the unit. If there are no supplied hardware available, please use some other means of mounting the enclosure to the vehicle.
Troubleshooting 7 If you start having problems with distorted sound or loss of performance after installing your box in your empty enclosure, you can follow the instructions below to try and locate what is causing the problem. 1) If you have any distorted sound, loss of performance, or rattling from your subs after you install your box, check the connections running from your amplifier or other processor to the box.
Warning And Disclaimer 8 Investigate the layout of your automobile thoroughly before drilling or cutting any holes. Take care when you work near gas tanks, gas lines, hydraulic lines, and electrical wiring. Do not use the power amplifier unmounted. Attach the system securely to the automobile to prevent damage, particularly in the event of an accident. Do not mount the system so that the wire connections are unprotected or are subject to pinching or damage from nearby objects.

If you are having problems with your system, we recommend you check the product carefully and thoroughly to confirm that the product truly has a manufacturer defect; as opposed to abuse, or other components in the system caused the failure.
