At the PLC side for data transfer with these connections the VIPA handling
blocks AG_SEND (FC 5) and AG_RECV (FC 6) are to be used.
The following connections are Send/Receive connections:
TCP (SEND-RECEIVE, FETCH-WRITE PASSIVE)
ISO-on-TCP (SEND-RECEIVE, FETCH-WRITE PASSIVE)
