GUI parameter controls

There are four types of GUI controls:

- Sliders

- Inc/Dec Buttons (+/-)

- Multi-state buttons

- Drop-down select boxes

Sliders

Set the desired value either by:

- Dragging the slider (while holding the left mouse button) or

- Moving the slider with the mouse wheel

Inc/Dec Buttons (+/-)

The values can be set in 3 different ways:

- Clicking on “+” and “-”

- Using the mouse wheel to change values via the label (small steps), or on the +/- button (larger

steps)

- Vertically dragging the mouse after clicking on the displayed value

Multi-state Buttons

Every click on a Multi-state button will set a new value; when the last value is reached, an additional

click will restart the sequence from the first value.

Drop-down select boxes

Just click either on the box or on the little arrows and select the desired value from the list. When

the list is displayed, it is also possible to select different values using the arrow keys or acting on the

mouse wheel.

To restore the default value for a parameter, double-click on the Slider or on the label of the Inc/Dec

button. It is not possible to restore a default value for a Multi-state button or for a Drop-down select

box.
