Key Features and Benefits of the LC7i:
Six channel, high power, active speaker level processing
Benefit – Get amazing sound from factory source units while maintaining factory con-
trols and features. Active line output conversion assures the highest quality signal is sent
to the amplifiers, and leaves passive converters in the dust. Works with factory systems
rated up to 400 watts per channel!
AccuBASS™ (patent pending)
Benefit – Most factory systems roll off the bass response at high volume levels, leaving
the system sounding thin and weak. AccuBASS™ corrects the roll off that occurs at high
volume levels, delivering killer bass at all volumes!
High output, low noise preamplifier
Benefit – The LC7i will feed up to 8.5 volts of high output signal to amplifiers, extracting
maximum performance. It’s more than 4x the output of a typical aftermarket head unit.
Output level controls allow fine-tuning for optimum sound quality and performance.
Internal channel summing
Benefit – Some factory systems have amplified outputs that use active crossover networks.
Internal channel summing eliminates the factory crossovers. This feature is selectable. If
summing is not used, the LC7i functions as six separate channels allowing front to rear
fading with subwoofer.
GTO™ Great Turn On system
Benefit – GTO™ is a system that automatically turns on the LC7i when it detects the
presence of signal on the main input. This eliminates the hunt for a turn on wire for the
LC7i and amplifiers. Coupled with GTO™ is a turn on output that is designed to turn on
aftermarket amplifiers.
Compact chassis
Benefit – The LC7i is in a very compact chassis, allowing placement in more convenient
areas within the vehicle, saving time and money during the installation.
Remote Level Control
Benefit – Optional ACR-1 remote level control allows level adjustment of Channel 3
outputs.
Basic Factory Upgrade System
If the factory radio doesn’t have a bass output, the LC7i will provide it via Automode.
