Audi music interface
for the connection of Apple iPods generation 4 and higher, Apple iPhones (music functionality) as well as USB
storage media and MP3 players. The Audi music interface is located under the armrest and operated via MMI
navigation plus, MMI navigation, MMI radio plus or a leather-covered multifunction steering wheel. Note: can
only be used in conjunction with a special adapter cable (Audi Genuine Accessories). Please contact your Audi

Adapter cable set for Audi music interface
consisting of 2 connection cables for the connection of iPod/ iPhone or data carrier/media player with USB
connection (type A); further adapter cables are available from Audi Genuine Accessories
BOSE Surround Sound
surround sound reproduction, dynamic driving noise compensation; 10-channel amplifier, 14 loudspeakers including
a centre speaker in the dashboard and 2 surround loudspeakers in the rear headlining, subwoofer in the spare wheel
well – for an extraordinary sound experience; 270 W total output. The reproduction of 5.1 surround sound is possible
in conjunction with MMI navigation plus and the integrated DVD drive.
Preparation for Rear Seat Entertainment
includes pre-installation wiring and mounts for the holders in the driver and front-passenger seat backrests.
The appropriate Audi Entertainment mobile (9-inch screen with integrated DVD player) and the holder are
available as a plug-and-play unit from Audi Genuine Accessories (refer also to page 104).
