Lights Mirrors Roof system
LED rear lights
indicator, tail light, brake light and rear number plate
light in energy-saving LED technology, reversing
lights in white; rear fog lights and bumper light strip

Front fog lights
integrated in the front apron panel; for better
illumination of the road ahead when visibility is poor
Headlight cleaning system
uses water and high pressure, for better illumination,
less scatter and good visibility
Light/rain sensor
to control the automatic lights-on function and the
windscreen wipers, includes coming home/leaving
home function: automatic switching-on/delayed
switching-off of the front fog lights, the tail light of
the combination rear lights and number plate lighting
when parking/opening the vehicle. (Q7 V12: without
front fog lights)
Exterior mirrors with integrated LED indicators
electrically adjustable and heated, convex, flat or
aspherical mirror glass; housing painted in body
colour. (Q7 V12: also automatically dimming; housing
in matt aluminium)

Interior mirrors

Recognises with the aid of a photocell when the
headlights behind are too bright and dims
automatically, can be deactivated, with digital compass
display on request; this provides a digital display of
the current direction. The 8 points of the compass are
shown in English (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW).
Panoramic glass sunroof*
3-part, extends to the 3
rd
row of seats, electric activation to raise and open the front glass section and to raise
the rear glass section, tinted glass, adjustable fine-meshed sun shield over the entire glass area, electric at the
front and manual at the rear, convenience closing from outside via the central locking; the bright atmosphere in
the interior ensures an open feeling of space and is designed for a pleasant supply of fresh air during the journey.
